Prices are per branch per month, exclusive of GST. Enterprise, on-premises and white-label deployments are quoted per engagement.
What this actually costs you
A worked example, so the model is not abstract. A single-site gym running core plus classes, PT, membership plans and billing pays for four modules on one branch. Adding a second location adds that branch’s modules — not a new plan tier.
- Do you charge per member?
- No. Pricing is per branch and per module. A branch with 200 members and a branch with 4,000 members pay the same for the same modules — growing your membership does not raise your bill.
- Can different branches buy different modules?
- Yes, and this is the normal case. Entitlements resolve per branch, so a flagship site can run payroll and accounting while a smaller studio runs only core and classes.
- What happens at the end of the free trial?
- The trial covers the full platform. When it ends you choose which modules to keep; core stays available regardless, so your member and check-in data is never held hostage.
- Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
- Not for self-serve. Guided migration from an existing system is quoted separately for chain and enterprise deployments, because the work genuinely varies.
- What about enterprise and on-premises?
- Deployments in your own cloud account or on-premises, SSO, data residency and white-label are priced per engagement. Book a demo and we will scope it honestly rather than guess on a web page.
- Are these prices inclusive of GST?
- Prices shown are exclusive of GST. Your invoice states the tax applied.
