Solution

One employer, many employees, one invoice

A corporate account buys seats, employees claim them, and the employer gets participation reporting without ever seeing an individual’s health data.

What you get

  • Seat pools

An employer buys N seats; employees enrol against the pool.

  • Eligibility

Verify by work email domain or an uploaded roster.

  • Consolidated billing

One invoice to the employer, not many to individuals.

  • Participation reporting

Aggregate usage, deliberately not individual records.

  • Challenges

Team events and leaderboards to lift take-up.

  • Multi-site access

Employees use any branch the agreement covers.

Privacy is the product here

Employers see participation, never an individual’s attendance or measurements. That boundary is enforced by role and scope on the server, not by which screen the employer happens to open.

Questions people actually ask

Can employees pay a top-up themselves?
Yes — the employer covers the seat, the employee can buy PT or retail on their own account.
What does the employer see?
Aggregate participation. Individual attendance and health data are not exposed to them.
