A schedule that reflects what actually happened

Group classes, personal training and trainer availability share one calendar. Booking, capacity, waitlists, cancellation windows and attendance are the same object — so payroll and reporting read the truth, not a re-keyed copy.

What you get

  • Class schedule

Recurring classes with capacity, room and instructor.

  • Booking and waitlist

Members book from the app; waitlists promote automatically on a cancellation.

  • PT sessions

One-to-one sessions drawn from a member’s session balance.

  • Trainer rosters

Availability, assigned clients and delivered-session counts.

  • Cancellation policy

A cutoff window per class, enforced rather than negotiated.

  • Attendance

Marked at the class, and it is what payroll and reports read.

Attendance is the join between two departments

A delivered session is simultaneously a member entitlement being consumed and a trainer being owed money. Recording it once keeps those two numbers from drifting apart.

  • Session balances decrement on attendance, not on booking.
  • No-shows are a distinct outcome, and your policy decides whether they consume a session.
  • Trainer payout draws from the same attendance rows.

Questions people actually ask

Can members book from their phone?
Yes — the member app books, cancels and joins waitlists, subject to the policy you configure.
Can a trainer work across branches?
Yes. Rosters are per branch; the trainer record belongs to the organisation.
