One member record the whole team trusts

Front desk, trainers and owners read the same profile. Contact details, membership state, attendance history, measurements and notes live on one record instead of four spreadsheets.

What you get

  • Single profile

Identity, contacts, emergency contact, documents and consent on one screen.

  • Membership state

Active, trial, frozen and expired are states on the record, not tags someone remembers to update.

  • Attendance history

Every check-in, class booking and PT session, in order, with the branch it happened at.

  • Segments

Filter by plan, branch, joining month, last visit or expiry window, then act on the result.

  • Notes and tasks

Staff notes with an author and a timestamp, so a handover does not lose context.

  • Branch scoping

A member belongs to an organisation and is visible per branch by role.

Built for a desk that is never idle

The member screen is designed around what the front desk actually does between 6am and 9am: find someone fast, confirm what they have paid for, and let them in.

  • Search by name, phone or member code, including partial matches.
  • Expiry and dues surface on the profile header, not three clicks deep.
  • Check-in is one action from the profile, and it works offline.

Data that survives staff turnover

Every edit is attributed and written to an append-only audit trail. When a member disputes a freeze date or a refund, the history answers it — nobody has to remember.

Questions people actually ask

Can a member belong to more than one branch?
Yes. The member belongs to the organisation; access rules decide which branches they can use and which staff can see them.
What happens to a deleted member?
Personal fields are crypto-shredded so the data becomes unreadable, while the audit trail keeps the fact that a record existed. Audit rows are never mutated.
